BATCH’S KWIK STOP JOINS MIKE MCGEE’S, 3M 2J TRANSPORT & CARON FABRICATION AS SPONSORS OF THE WINTER BLAST 100 SNOW RACE

 

Another major sponsor has been added to the list of local sponsors that will be presenting this year’s edition of the greatest snow race in the northeast, the Winter Blast 100 at Riverside Speedway and Adventure Park, 78 Craggy Road in Groveton, New Hampshire. Batch’s Kwik Stop is located on Route 3, just as you enter the town of Groveton. Susie and her son Zack Batchelder signed the contract this morning and joined the already signed 3M 2J Transport owned and operated by former racer Mike McGee, and Caron Fabrication, which is located just outside of Groveton. Owner Chris Caron is a racer and longtime supporter of the Speedway. This race will be run on a snow covered race track to start and by part way through the event the track will turn to glare ice. No studded tires, tire chains or any device that would enhance traction is allowed. The 2021 edition of the Winter Blast 100 saw entries from New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Entries are starting to arrive in our mailbox with William Fultz from Billerica, Massachusetts having the honor of being the first driver entered in this year’s race.
