GROVETON, NH.- Automotive destruction was the theme of the day at Riverside Speedway this week as two demo derbys took place as well as some non point racing. In the four cylinder enduro it all came down to Patrick Switzer and Chris Woodard duking it out to the end. Switzer was the final car moving after he, Woodard and Sean Avona beat their cars to pieces. Switzer got the first place trophy with Chris Woodard in second and third went to Sean Avona. In the 6 & 8 cylinder derby, they threw a couple of mini vans in with the big cars and AJ Sumner drove one to victory with Gary George getting second and Arik Bergerone taking third in the big 8s derby. In the racing portion of the program Groveton’s Chris Caron made it two in a row as he topped the field in the R.N. Craft Street Stocks after a race long battle for the lead with Mike Humphrey. Humphrey ended the day second with Morrisville, Vermont's Robert Audet claiming the third spot. In the 6 & 8 Bone Stocks Oxford Maine’s Jamie Heath got out front early and got the win but the battle was for second between Ben Bushey and Groveton’s Mike Sherburne with Bushey finishing second and Sherburne getting third. The Bad Boy Mowers of Morrisville 4 cylinder Bone Stocks ran two twenty lap segments with Aaron Smith winning the first one and ending up in the second spot in race #2 to claim the overall victory with Alex Theroux second overall in the #193 and Jefferson’s Chris Cass finishing in the
